A true expression of this classic Iberian varietal, grown amidst the warm, rolling floodplains of the Estrella District in Paso Robles. Pale gold straw hues in the glass offer aromas of green apple, lychee and delicate white flowers, white pepper, and a hint of sea breeze. On the palate find bright flavors of stone fruit, lemon meringue and honeydew with a subtle minerality. The focused acidity leads to a crisp, clean finish. Cold fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve Albariño’s fresh varietal character. Ultra-limited, with less than 200 cases available.

Vintage Notes -

The 2023 growing season in Paso Robles was notably cooler, with historic rainfall contributing to exceptional yields. Though the season began and ended later than usual, higher-than-average temperatures in July and October helped ripen the fruit ahead of a late harvest. The wait was worthwhile, resulting in grapes with outstanding structure and rich flavor development. The 2023 vintage is truly a standout for Paso Robles.
