A vibrant ruby hue with subtle tawniness entices withfruity, savory aromas ofberry and fresh leather, with deeper hints of sandalwood.On the palate, flavors of black cherry andcassisdominate, with nuanced layers of spiced cocoa and mocha. Sturdy yet elegant and velvety smooth on the finish. Optimal enjoyment is achieved through decanting, allowing the wine to reveal its intricate layers and graceful structure. Only 200 cases produced.

Vintage Notes: The 2021 growing season was a winemaker’s dream in Paso Robles. Cool spring conditions yielded to warm and steady summer temperatures, followed by moderate weather into harvest. Patience was required as the grapes reached full maturity, and the payoff was worth the wait: excellent fruit structure and beautifully balanced flavors. A true standout vintage for Paso Robles.
