On the palate, flavors of Damson Plum and Luxardo cherry are accompanied by dark brambleberry richness with a hint of toasty oak. Vintage Notes: The 2021 growing season was a winemaker’s dream in Paso Robles. Cool spring conditions yielded to warm and steady summer temperatures, followed by moderate weather into harvest. Patience was required as the grapes reached full maturity, and the payoff was worth the wait: excellent fruit structure and beautifully balanced flavors. A true standout vintage for Paso Robles.
