Grown on the limestone-rich slopes of the acclaimed Adelaida District, where Grenache achieves peak varietal expression. The 2021 vintage presents a medium ruby color. Luscious scents of raspberry crème, sweet tobacco, and forest floor captivate the senses. A rich, rounded mouthfeel is saturated with baked plum, macerated strawberry, and fresh leather. Energetic acidity and silky tannins bring the wine to a beautifully balanced conclusion. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. Ultra-limited, only 150 cases produced.
Vintage Notes: The 2021 growing season was a winemaker’s dream in Paso Robles. Cool spring conditions yielded to warm and steady summer temperatures, followed by moderate weather into harvest. Patience was required as the grapes reached full maturity, and the payoff was worth the wait: excellent fruit structure and beautifully balanced flavors. A true standout vintage for Paso Robles.
